Remedy: Mix in a bowl, 1 tbsp. of lemon juice and 4 tbsp. of honey. Apply this paste on the area with unwanted hair and wait for about 15 minutes, then wash with warm water and a clean cloth. You should repeat the procedure two times every week.
- Lentil face pack
Red lentils are a very useful facial scrub, as they help at the cleansing and smoothening of the skin, as well as at hair removal.
Remedy: Transform ½ cup of red lentils into powder, then add 2tbsp. of milk or honey and prepare a paste. Wait for about 20 minutes and wash with warm water. In order to get great results, you should apply the remedy 2 or 3 times every week.
- Foods rich in phytoestrogens
Because the hair appears when the quantity of male hormones grows, phytoestrogen controls this level, and prevents excessive hair growth. Products such as soy, licorice, fennel, flaxseeds, alfalfa or gotu kala are rich in this substance. It is recommended to introduce them in your diet either as teas or as elements added in yoghurts, for instance.
